By leasing land to us, you as a landowner get a long and stable income while helping to expand the production of renewable electricity in Sweden. A lease is an annual and competitive lease fee and is based on the date of establishment. At the end of the lease period, the solar power park is dismantled and the land is restored.

In addition to the income from the lease, there are several positive effects of a solar park, such as combining the facility with sheep grazing or promoting biodiversity both inside and outside the park area by sowing, for example, meadow flowers as food for our highly endangered pollinators (bees, bumblebees, butterflies, etc.).

We are interested in most types of land. We will check the status of the connection point to the electricity network, which is part of our process.

If we consider the conditions to be good, we will continue the process together with you by signing a lease agreement. Then we make sure that all permits are in place for the solar park to be completed and put into operation.
